Kingston Stockade FC Defeats Boston City 3-0 in Front of 807 at Dietz Stadium

In Stockade FC’s first match with expanded capacity at Dietz Stadium, a crowd of 807 was on hand to see an impressive performance in a dominating 3-0 win over Boston City FC.

Vinny Colantuono opened the scoring for Stockade FC in the 42nd minute as he pounced on a mistake by a Boston defender to slot home the Stockade FC lead.

After the halftime break, Stockade FC would double its lead through Hugo Guerra in the 66th minute as Matt Koziol provided the key pass to spring Guerra in on goal. 

A burst of energy from the reserves would force the Stockade FC third as Petro Klishch would slam home the final touches on a 3-0 win.  The day featured Stockade FC debuts for Nick Fernandes and Lorenzo Nunez.

Stockade FC moves to 4-0-3 on the year and retains sole possession of first place in the conference standings. 

The boys travel to Valeo FC on June 26th before returning home for a July 3rd matchup with Greater Lowell Rough Diamonds at Dietz Stadium. 

Midfielder Matt Koziol, who serves as the Stockade FC captain, was instrumental in another home shutout.  Koziol, in his first 90-minute performance since his return from injury, controlled the midfield in a dominant 3-0 performance and claimed Man of the Match honors.
