NPSL Announces Conference Alignment Ahead of 2023 Season
The National Premier Soccer League (NPSL) has re-aligned its conferences ahead of the 2023 season. The updates are as follows:
- The Keystone Conference is splitting in two for the 2023 season. These conferences will be known as “Keystone East” and “Keystone West”.
- Teams from the Rust Belt Conference and Great Lakes Conference will be realigned under the Great Lakes Conference name
- A new conference will be joining the Midwest Region, known as the “Gateway Conference”.
- The Southeast Conference will move from the East Region to the South Region, and the Heartland Conference will move from the South Region to the Midwest Region.
- Teams moving conferences for 2023:
- Club Atletico Saint Louis: from Heartland Conference to Gateway Conference
- FC Milwaukee Torrent: from Great Lakes Conference to Gateway Conference
- First State FC: from Mid-Atlantic Conference Keystone East Conference
- Sunflower State FC: from Heartland Conference to Gateway Conference
- New members for 2023 are being placed in the following conferences:

- Iowa Raptors FC
- Keystone East Conference:
- Philadelphia Union DS
- Lone Star Conference:
- West Texas FC
- Mid-Atlantic Conference:

- Southeast Conference:

- Charlottetowne Hops FC
- Southwest Conference:

- Gateway Conference:
