Elm City Express is the latest NPSL club to be featured after advancing to the Second Round of the U.S. Open Cup.

The NPSL gets an edge over the PDL in the U.S. Open Cup after 12 teams advanced to the next round.

FC Motown will face a challenging Penn FC side in the Second Round of the U.S. Open Cup.
