NORTHWEST CONFERENCE ANNOUNCES SCHEDULE RELEASE
The National Premier Soccer League (NPSL) is proud to announce that the West Region’s Northwest Conference has released their schedule for the upcoming 2018 season.
“We’re excited to kick off the season after a long time off the field,” Kitsap Pumas head coach Liviu Bird commented. “We have a great group of teams returning for 2018, and we can’t wait to get going in May.”
Regular season play in the Northwest Conference begins on Saturday, May 12th and ends on Saturday, June 30th. Each team plays 12 matches, six home and six away. There will be a total of 30 matches in the conference.
“The schedule has some exciting highlights, such as hosting both FCM and PDX for back-to-back home games, and two visits to Western Washington for doubleheaders with Kitsap Pumas and PacNW-OSA FC,” Spokane Shadow head coach Mike Pellicio added. “And I am chomping at the bit for our home opener on May 30th.”
The first-place team in the conference will host a game against the second-place team in the conference to determine the team that advances to the West Region playoffs.
