About the Conference XI
The Capelli Sport NPSL Conference XI is comprised of 11 players and head coach, set in a 3-4-3 formation + GK.
NPSL teams nominate players from their team to the league; the NPSL does not nominate players on behalf of teams. The nominees will then be compiled for the general public to vote on the winners.
